Diana Kendros

CEO, Podcast Director & Host

Diana is the founder and CEO of Diana Kendros International, Conversations for Hope Podcast, and

her "What Do You Do When Mental Illness Strikes?"   Professional Training Program.

She is a Communication Specialist and Public Speaker. Diana is a Family Peer Support Advocate, Certified Strategic Coach, Published Author, Nationally Certified Mental Health Educator, and Life Strategist.

Trained in Compassionate Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, and teaches her Compassionate Listening Seminars. as well as the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) by the Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery.

Diana volunteers for NAMI (National Alliance on ​Mental Illness), and Nationally Certified in NAMI Family to Family 8 week course, Basics for Families 6 week course, Provider Training for medical professionals, and Family Support Group Facilitator. 

Diana's additional training includes Family Peer Support from the University of Iowa, Certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid, Certified Relationship Coach, and Fowler-Wainwright International Coaching Strategies.

Her passion is also in Natural and Complementary Medicine and is trained in medicinal food and nutritional treatment modalities, diagnostic techniques, meditation, herbal and medicinal food therapies, and supportive mind-body strategies in the Ancient Ayurveda System of Medicine, and Macrobiotic Theory and Dietary Programs.
